NORMATIVE ACTS FOR ESTABLISHING AND OPERATING

• Decree of the Council of State no. 170/1981 establishing the Dancu Cattle Breeding Research and Production Station (S.C.P.C.B. Dancu), a public institution with legal personality and extra-budgetary funding;
• Law 290/2002 on the reorganisation as a public institution, with legal personality and extra-budgetary funding and from its own revenues, under the A.S.A.S.;
• HG no. 35/2006 reorganising the Dancu Cattle Breeding Research and Development Station (S.C.D.C.B. Dancu ), with the status of a public institution with legal personality and extra-budgetary, budgetary and own income financing;
• Law No 45/2009 published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, No 200/30.03.2009, amended and supplemented by Law No 72/2011, by which the Dancu Cattle Breeding Research and Development Station is reorganised as a public institution with legal personality, financed from its own revenues and subsidies from the State budget, through the budget of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, under the subordination of the Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences “Gheorghe Ionescu Sișești”.
